NOTICE: OFF-CAMPUS ACCESS TO COI ONLINE SUBMISSION SYSTEM
Some faculty have reported problems with access to the COI Online Submission System. These may be related to security restrictions in firewalls, especially from off-campus locations. If you experience any difficulties with access please contact Linda Triemer at triemer@uchicago.edu, or 773.702.4857. We apologize for any inconvenience, and will work with you to address the problem or provide an alternative mechanism for submitting your COI Assurance.
