Nomination Letter

Nomination letters should include the person's name, University of Chicago affiliation, and a description of how the candidate in his/her role in the University or as a member of the broader community has contributed to the diversity goals of the University and of the Diversity Leadership Council. Please include a discussion that addresses the following:
- • Evidence of commitment to diversity beyond assigned duties. (Staff Award Only)
- • Evidence of leadership in advancing social justice and equality. (Alumni Award Only)
- • Impact of activities
- • Evidence of sustained commitment to diversity.
- • Evidence this person has instilled the value of diversity in others (for example, has this person mentored future diversity leaders?)
